Customer data ownership
Your data is yours. We process it only to provide the service you've requested. You retain full ownership and can request export or deletion at any time.
Controlled access
Data access is limited to authorized personnel who need it to provide support or improve the service. We maintain audit logs of access.
Data minimization & retention
We collect only what's needed to deliver results. Data retention is configurable — you choose how long we keep your data, with clear deletion options.
Encryption in transit and at rest
All data is encrypted using industry-standard protocols (TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest). We follow security best practices at every layer.
How we handle pilot data
Before any data transfer in a pilot engagement, we agree on:
- Scope: What data types and time ranges are needed
- Access: Who at Enerable will access the data and for what purpose
- Retention: How long data is kept and the deletion process
- Output handling: What happens to processed outputs after the pilot
